Traditional food with a spectacular atmosphere. The staff is super friendly. I recommend it.

Good place for a great price and good quality meals, very generous. Great place for group lunches too, cozy place with a lit fireplace to warm the atmosphere on the coldest winter days! Attentive staff and good cuisine, all the meat is very good.

I haven't been to this place for 8 years. It's still the same with the usual quality.

After making a mistake and booking a restaurant with the same name in Lisbon, we were in for an incredible surprise. A restaurant with such a family atmosphere that it feels like you're dining at your aunt or uncle's or grandparents' house. The food is homemade and very well prepared in very generous portions. The dining room has a real and very large fireplace that heats up almost the entire space and makes it even more welcoming. All the staff, without exception, are incredibly friendly and attentive to the needs of each table. We had the oxtail, which we highly recommend because of the wonderful flavor of the sauce. The alheira as a starter was probably the best alheira we've ever tasted! For dessert, I would recommend the chocolate mousse, which is homemade and has just the right consistency.Finally, another surprise... the bill! 63 for 4 people with starters, drinks (including the house wine), the main course and dessert. It's very rare to find a restaurant of this quality, at this price and with such incredible staff that you don't even want to leave.
